Cancellation Policy
• A Non- refundable deposit is required when an appointment is made. Deposits are deducted from the total price of the service. . Appointments can only be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment date. • Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the appointment date forfeit the deposit and cannot be rescheduled. A new deposit is required to book a new appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before the appointment date are eligible for a one-time reschedule using the same deposit. Deposit will only be held for 2 months after cancellation. •All clients have a 10-minute grace period to arrive to their appointment; late clients do forfeit their deposit and their appointment. • Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. • No Show/ No Call: if a client does not show up to their appointment, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the service. No-Show clients can be permanently blocked from our booking system. . No extra guest. . All services are non-refundable. . I have READ and AGREE the terms and conditions of Elore Beauty Space.
