Cancellation Policy
• A $50 Non- refundable deposit is required when an appointment is made. Deposits are deducted from the total price of the service. . Appointments can only be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment date. • Any cancellations after the 48 hour period is Non-Refundable. •All clients have a 10-minute grace period to arrive to their appointment; late clients do forfeit their deposit and their appointment. • Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. • Canceled appointments have a one-time reschedule period. Appointments canceled more than once will not be rebooked. Deposits will only be held for 3 months after cancellation. • No Show/ No Call: if a client does not show up to their appointment, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the service. No-Show clients can be permanently blocked from our booking system.
